Billy joined Centennial in September 2021 as a Capital Transactions Analyst, initially focusing on commercial real estate with a sector and geographic agnostic approach.
He has since transitioned to specialising in both industrial and retail sectors, with a particular emphasis on expanding Centennial’s retail joint venture with Parkstone. During his time at Centennial, Billy has been actively involved in transactions totaling over $500 million and has submitted offers exceeding $2.5 billion. Billy is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology Sydney.
