His direct focus is on acquisitions, assisting the Development team to underwrite and execute new opportunities and overseeing divestments to maximise investment returns.
Based in our Sydney office he provides leadership and mentoring to the wider team who execute our industrial portfolio strategies. With over 30 years of extensive expertise in industrial & logistics transactions, funds management and valuation, Richard brings invaluable experience from his 17-year tenure at Charter Hall to our team.
