WHO WE ARE
Our Story
Founded in Sydney in 2011 by finance and property specialists Jonathan Wolf and Lyle Hammerschlag. They identified a gap in the commercial real estate market where assets above $20 million were often out of reach for individual and family office investors.
In 2018, Paul Ford partnered with Centennial to spearhead the expansion into the untapped ‘mid-space’ industrial and logistics sector, which formed our strategic foundation of targeting mid-space assets across the Australian property market.
Paul Ford is appointed as the CEO in 2026, and leads the Group’s strategic direction towards funds and partnership.
Since formation, we have grown our offices from Sydney to Brisbane, Melbourne and Adelaide, and amassed a portfolio of 63 assets under management, worth in excess of ~$2.8 billion, spread across industrial, commercial, retail and boutique residential.
Our focus is on unlocking value in mispriced or misunderstood assets, benefiting our customers and investors over the long term.
