WHO WE ARE

Our Story

Jonathan Wolf and Lyle Hammerschlag established Centennial in 2011. They identified a gap in the commercial real estate market where assets above $20 million were often out of reach for individual and family office investors.

This mid-space market across sectors of the Australian property market became our foundation. We focus on unlocking value in mispriced or misunderstood assets, benefiting our customers and investors over the long term.
