We have partnered with Parkstone to identify and create investment opportunities in larger regional and other shopping centres in Australia for our investors.
Parkstone is an Australian retail investment manager, focusing on real estate investment opportunities primarily in the supermarket, liquor and specialist retail sectors Australia-wide.
Parkstone is run by extremely knowledgeable and experienced industry professionals with the key focus being to offer investors high quality properties with a secure, strong income yield together with the potential for capital growth.
With proven expertise working across many retail assets which includes actively managing existing tenants, renewing and bringing in new tenants, while improving rental splits and cost management to maximise investor returns.
Their deep retail management experience can be drawn upon to maximise returns for our investors while also supporting each retail centre’s management team and retailers
