Centennial has completed the purchase of a rare warehouse and office site in Brisbane’s south, located at 1021 Beaudesert Road, Archerfield.

Acquired for $11.33M, the asset is positioned within one of Brisbane’s busiest warehouse, retail and bulky goods corridors, and presents a prized opportunity to reposition the existing facility and construct a new building on the surplus land.

Offering spaces from approximately 3,380sqm to 10,750sqm, with an existing office/warehouse of 7,370sqm, plus an additional 6,600sqm warehouse and a 770sqm office and showroom, the site is ideal for a range of business uses. A brand-new warehouse of approximately 3,380sqm is also due for completion in September 2022.
