David is responsible for the Enhanced Value Partnership, a value-add strategy focussing on inner ring and land constrained industrial and logistics assets with a target value of over $700m. He also focuses on property fund management, investment strategy, acquisitions and asset and portfolio management across sectors.
David has extensive expertise and experience in the property and funds management industries and previously held positions in property development and investment organisations. Prior to joining Centennial, David worked with Irongate Group (previously Investec) for 15 years.
