Marcus Hinzack - Centennial

Marcus is responsible for overseeing Centennial’s property development pipeline including the project planning and delivery across all real estate asset sectors exceeding $1 billion in end value.

Marcus has 20 years of experience in the property development industry across multiple sectors. Prior to joining Centennial, Marcus’ experience includes development roles at Goodman developing industrial estates, at Scentre Group as Development Executive responsible for $700 million of retail projects in Melbourne and most recently as Head of Development and Asset Management at a prominent private Industrial real estate group.

Marcus is responsible for managing and growing the development business and team using his depth of knowledge and understanding in all aspects of real estate acquisitions, project management and development. Marcus holds a Bachelor of Property Economics from UTS and a Bachelor of (Science) Architecture from the University of Sydney.
